Simplifile Integrates With Digital Mortgage Innovator

Simplifile announced an integration with BeSmartee in an effort to optimize the digital mortgage lending process.

The partnership allows lenders to access Simplifile’s loan Collaboration services to securely share, receive and validate documents and data with settlement agents through the BeSmartee platform.

Utilizing Simplifile’s independent Collaboration technology, lenders and settlement agents will be able to streamline mortgage transactions through real-time messaging to help eliminate miscommunication, human error and delay. Additionally, lenders will be able to log actions to maintain consistent audit trails and manage compliance oversight.

“With Simplifile Collaboration, BeSmartee is committing to facilitating open communication, process transparency and collaborative management to all involved in the closing process,” said Simplifile President Paul Clifford. “We look forward to working with BeSmartee to focus on customer satisfaction throughout the closing process.”
