The Docket: Washington Appeals Court Rules Underwriter Not Liable for Survey Exception

Yosi (Joe) Benlevi, vice president and senior underwriting counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Co., provided today’s review of a ruling by a Washington appellate court that held a title company is not liable under a survey exception.
