First American Calls Cybersecurity Charges by N.Y. Regulator ‘Unreasonable’

First American Title Insurance Co. said it will defend itself “vigorously” against charges by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) alleging the company exposed documents with consumer non-public personal information.
