FNF Family of Companies announced it has hired Chuck Cain senior vice president of its National Agency Division. His focus will be on relationships and providing agents with educational programs and information on industry and regulatory trends to enable them to grow their businesses.

Cain has more than 35 years of experience in the title industry. Cain managed title agencies in the Cincinnati, Ohio, market for 18 years and worked for LandAmerica first as regional direct operation manager and then for eight years as affiliated business manager for the Midwest and Northeast. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of national agency with another national title underwriter.

“I am very excited to be joining the FNF Family and look forward to assisting our agents with the development and growth of their agencies,” Cain said. “As lenders require better integrations with their title and settlement agents, real estate professionals need real-time information and consumers look for ease of settlement. My role will be to develop programs and processes for our agents to gain critical advantages over their competitors. Using the strength of the FNF Family of Companies, we will develop regional and national relationships, which our agents can utilize to help grow their bottom line by being a FNF agent. We live in transformative times for our industry. My goal is to keep our agents ahead of the curve, particularly as to the needs of their customers.”

Steve Day, president of Fidelity’s National Agency, added, “I am proud to have Chuck join our National Agency Team at the Fidelity National Financial Family of Companies. Chuck’s knowledge of the many facets of our industry, and consistent drive to be an effective educator will serve our agents during these transitional times. His numerous industry relationships, such as with Fannie Mae and the Mortgage Bankers Association, keep him at the forefront of key industry trends and advancements.”
