Old Republic Restructures Tech Company

Old Republic Title Tech Companies, part of the Old Republic Title Insurance Group, is being restructured to more closely align the vision, leadership and strategy of its commercial software companies. The software companies include eRecording Partners Network (ePN), iMarc, Inc. (dba E-Closing), Pavaso, RamQuest Software Inc. and SMKT.

OR Title Tech

  • Brooks Yeager, president of RamQuest and Pavaso, is expanding his leadership role and being promoted to the new position of president of OR Title Tech. In this capacity, Yeager will provide executive oversight for all OR Title Tech software companies. He also is responsible for aligning the vision, leadership and strategies of each company, and identifying synergies and integrations that drive superior product delivery.

OR Title Tech Executive Management Team

  • Ben Cork, senior vice president, technology and product strategy for OR Title Tech, is responsible for product ownership and management across all OR Title Tech product lines. Cork joined RamQuest in 2014 as senior systems analyst/solutions Engineer and has served in a variety of leadership roles in product management, technology infrastructure and operations, as well as in the position of Chief Strategy Officer for RamQuest and Pavaso.
  • Marc Hall, former president of E-Closing, is being promoted to senior vice president, sales and account management for all OR Title Tech products and solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities within and between the software companies. Hall joined E-Closing in 2006 as its first salesperson and was promoted to president in 2018.
  • Jerry Lewallen, former president of ePN, is expanding his leadership role to become senior vice president, strategy for all of OR Title Tech. In this capacity, Lewallen will focus on building county connections and strategic partnerships. He joined ePN in 2010 as vice president and was named President in 2011.
  • Erin McAnally, vice president, marketing for RamQuest, is being promoted to lead marketing efforts for all of OR Title Tech. As senior vice president, marketing, McAnally will develop marketing, communication and brand strategy in coordination with executive leadership and Old Republic Title (ORT)’s Corporate Marketing Department. She joined RamQuest in 2006 as marketing manager and was appointed vice president in 2013.
  • Marc Rittenhouse, senior vice president, operations for OR Title Tech, is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and product/service delivery at each individual company and across OR Title Tech as a whole. Previously, he was director of ORT’s Corporate Enterprise Solutions and general manager of Old Republic Title Residential Information Services (ORTRIS). Rittenhouse joined Old Republic Title 15 years ago and has more than 25 years of industry experience, primarily in the national agency and vendor management arena.

RamQuest and E-Closing

  • Paula Maurstad, senior vice president, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), and director of business engagement for Information Services, is joining RamQuest and E-Closing, becoming president of both companies. She has worked closely with both RamQuest and E-Closing leadership since both companies became part of Old Republic Title. Maurstad brings more than 25 years of industry and technology leadership experience to her new role.

Pavaso and SMKT

  • Laura Mowrer is becoming president of Pavaso and SMKT, a new OR Title Tech company. She has 20 years of management experience in product development and business operations with commercial software companies.

ePN

  • Chris Stephan is becoming president of ePN. He brings more than 12 years of experience in managing, leading and growing document recording companies. Stephan has led operations for two divisions of ePN for the last five years.
