The Docket: Virginia Court Holds Roof Overhang Doesn’t Impact Establishment of Adverse Possession

Stephen Gregory, underwriting counsel for WFG National Title Insurance Co., provided today’s review of a decision by the Circuit Court of Fairfax County in Virginia that held the eaves of a new roof that extended over a fence did not disrupt the exclusivity required for adverse possession.
