AgentHome Acquires Corinthian Title

June 20, 2024

AgentHome, a national network of independent title agents, has acquired San Diego-based Corinthian Title Company Inc.

Corinthian Title is licensed to issue title insurance policies in 28 counties in California. With 10 locations throughout Southern California, the company is licensed to provide title and escrow services to approximately 90% of the population in the state, including most major metropolitan areas.

“AgentHome is proud to help continue Corinthian’s legacy of excellence and dedication to facilitating real estate transactions in California,” said Mary O’Donnell, CEO and president of AgentHome, in a release. “We warmly welcome this team of industry leaders into our network of independent title agencies. Together, we aim to empower each other and fuel business growth for the future while preserving the distinct cultures and local expertise that define Corinthian.”

Michael Godwin, president of Corinthian Title, added, “We are excited to join AgentHome.
