SoftPro Integrates With Rexera

July 2, 2024

SoftPro released a new integration with Rexera for ordering homeowner association (HOA) certificates, mortgage payoffs and municipal lien searches. SoftPro users can electronically place and receive Rexera orders via the free SoftPro 360 vendor portal that links SoftPro users to a nationwide network of third-party service providers.

Once Rexera's expert real estate team with local knowledge completes an order, the digital documents are securely delivered via SoftPro 360, minimizing risks and increasing operational efficiency.

“We are pleased to release this new integration with Rexera so that SoftPro customers can further streamline their closing and title processes in order to maximize their productivity,” said SoftPro Chief Customer Officer Patrick Hempen.

Vishrut Malhotra, CEO of Rexera, added, “We are thrilled to offer our services to title and escrow companies directly within SoftPro 360. With only a couple of clicks, SoftPro users can now place their HOA documents, municipal lien search, and mortgage payoff orders and experience unmatched speed and quality of document delivery.
