WLTA Honors Industry Veteran With Lifetime Achievement Award

The Washington Land Title Association (WLTA) recently honored Bill Ronhaar with the association’s Lifetime Achievement Award. This is only the fourth time the honor has been awarded since the association’s board created it in 2008.
Ronhaar, CEO of Whatcom Land Title, has more than 50 years of title industry experience. He served as president of WLTA three times. He joined Whatcom Land Title after 30 years in management with Land Title and Escrow Company of Skagit and Island Counties.
Ronhaar previously received the Washington Title Professional designation from the WLTA, as well as the National Title Professional designation from ALTA.
