RamQuest Integrates With Rexera

Rexera has made its document acquisition and processing services available to RamQuest users through GridBase, a universal API for mortgage lender and title agent collaboration.

Rexera acquires and analyzes HOA documents, and provides municipal lien and mortgage payoff services.

As a result of the partnership and API integration, RamQuest users will now be able to access Rexera services directly through their RamQuest systems. Those services include HOA documents acquisition, as well as municipal lien search and mortgage payoff.

“We are thrilled to offer RamQuest users a seamless access to our services through GridBase,” said Rexera CEO Vishrut Malhotra. “Title and escrow professionals should be able to spend time with their customers to grow their business, not chase HOAs and municipalities. This integration will allow RamQuest users increase operational efficiency, decrease risks and costs, close more files, and experience unmatched speed and quality of document delivery.”
