Just Keep Swimming: Chef, Author and Star Reminds Us to Move Forward

Create, adapt and rebuild. Chef, filmmaker and TV personality Eddie Huang has spent his career trying new things, sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing—and doing it all his own way. Owner of the famous Baohaus in New York City and author of autobiography-turned-TV show “Fresh Off the Boat,” Huang will sit down with ALTA President Don Kennedy during ALTA ONE at the Omni Session on Wednesday, Oct. 16, to discuss embracing the unknown to reap the rewards. Everything, Huang says, is an opportunity to learn, grow and move forward.
