Fannie Mae Updates Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide

August 29, 2024

Fannie Mae announced updates to its Multifamily Seller/Servicer Guide requiring information about the flow of funds involving loans for multifamily transactions. Freddie Mac also revised its guide earlier this month, changing requirements for the handling of escrow and settlement functions involving multifamily mortgages.
