Doma Title Names Agency Manager for Pennsylvania, New Jersey

Doma Title Insurance, Inc. has appointed Theresa Kane-Mackenzie as state agency manager for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In this position, she will provide resources, education and support for Doma agents across the spectrum of operations, technology and production management.

Kane-Mackenzie brings more than two decades of title insurance sales and agency management experience, serving territories that have encompassed Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

“Theresa has been a pioneer for a national underwriter entering a new market, so she brings the ideal type of experience to help Doma in expanding its services in these vital territories,” said Jared Uthe, assistant vice president and regional agency manager for Doma’s Mid-Atlantic region. “Her in-depth knowledge of the title search landscape in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets—plus her multi-decade reputation as a respected consultant to agency owners—make her a valuable asset to our agents throughout this region.”

Launching her career in the industry in 2006, Kane-Mackenzie served as agency sales representative for a national underwriter for more than a decade. Subsequently, she served as a sales account executive, coordinating sales and operations strategies for a five-state territory. Most recently, Kane-Mackenzie served as assistant vice president and state agency manager in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for a national title insurance company.

“With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and title insurance industries, I have developed a strong reputation for providing exceptional solutions, underwriting support and a high level of service,” said Kane-Mackenzie. “My customer-first approach has allowed me to build a loyal network of agents who trust me to be a strong partner in helping them build their companies.
