First National Title Integrates With Flueid

First National Title Insurance Co (FNTI) has integrated with Flueid’s verification of title (VOT) platform.

This integration will fuel FNTI’s workflow across purchase, refinance and home equity transactions. The announcement follows Flueid’s recent launch of its integrated VOT solution for purchase on Aug. 1.

“Flueid has always believed that title data should be accessible across the real estate life cycle to create a more integrated and streamlined experience,” said Peter Richter, co-founder and president of Flueid. “Our latest integration with FNTI reinforces this commitment. By introducing the data-driven advantages of VOT into their workflows, including purchase, we’re enhancing efficiency and driving greater title risk transparency in the marketplace. This integration with FNTI, coupled with ongoing platform optimization through data integrations like TDI’s title plant, marks two significant steps toward making VOT intelligence standard in every transaction and advancing industry innovation.”

Through the integration, FNTI’s network now has access to two data-driven products within the VOT framework: TitleCheck and TitleDecision. TitleCheck offers upfront title insights for users such as mortgage lenders and real estate professionals, while TitleDecision delivers detailed analysis on the condition of title for title agents.

Across both VOT products users receive upfront title clearance decisions, actionable insights and alerts based on the items uncovered in public records.

“Our vision at FNTI has always been to deliver the highest levels of customer service and to be the trusted underwriter that our partners rely on every day,” said Chad Hansen, president of FNTI. “Integrating with Flueid as an early adopter of their Purchase VOT product aligns perfectly with this vision.
