RamQuest Enhances Integration With SearchCONNECT

RamQuest enhanced its Closing Market integration with SearchCONNECT, which is an affiliate of Investors Title and National Investors.

The new enhancements offer greater efficiency and accessibility for users of SearchCONNECT services. SearchCONNECT provides search solutions in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

“This enhancement streamlines product selections to display only those available given the property state, making it easier for customers when choosing from a wide range of SearchCONNECT solutions,” said Ian Ford, vice president and director of title production for SearchCONNECT. “We are continuously seeking new ways to reduce steps and save time for customers.”

RamQuest’s Closing Market digital network is an application-to-application interface that seamlessly integrates diverse systems and enables each participant to work from their own software. Customers can place online orders for SearchCONNECT title search and policy-typing solutions directly through this integration.

SearchCONNECT provides a wide range of search, document-retrieval and policy-typing solutions in several convenient formats that reduce risk and expedite workflow for Investors Title and National Investors agents in select markets. Customers with an existing P-24 agreement in Texas may also place orders for title evidence through this integration for property located in more than thirty counties.
