First National Title Hires Claims Counsel

October 10, 2024

First National Title Insurance Co. (FNTI) recently announced that that Sean Everest rejoined the company as claims counsel.

Everest, who previously worked as underwriting counsel for FNTI, has more than 20 years of experience in the title industry. He started in the title industry at a direct operation in San Antonio where he learned the escrow and title examination side of the business. Everest then spent time in the oil and gas industry and as a football coach, before returning to the title industry as underwriting counsel for a title agency in San Antonio.

“We are excited to have Sean join our legal team,” said FNTI President Chad Hansen. “We are preparing for a strong 2025 and having a seasoned staff will allow FNTI to provide the highest service level to our agents. Sean will contribute to the quality service FNTI provides.”
