Closinglock, Premier One Partner to Protect Transactions

November 5, 2024

Closinglock formed a strategic partnership with Premier One on a solution that aims to ensure the safety and integrity of real estate transactions for industry professionals and their clients.

The partnership bundles Closinglock’s secure platform for managing digital communications, wire transfers and document sharing with Premier One’s SMB Defender, which provides around-the-clock monitoring, cloud security, application access control and  Security Operations Center (SOC) support to safeguard small- and medium-sized businesses against cyber threats, unauthorized access and security breaches.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward in our mission to provide critical security solutions that address the evolving challenges of our clients,” said Kevin Nincehelser, CEO of Premier One. “The combination of SMB Defender’s cohesive approach to cybersecurity with Closinglock’s innovative technologies will prove to be a tremendous value to our collective client bases.”

Company leaders said the bundled rate will allow title companies to seamlessly integrate software and hardware protection at a more affordable, discounted price point, enabling them to meet evolving security requirements without sacrificing efficiency.

Both companies will also work together on joint marketing initiatives, educational webinars and industry events to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity in real estate.

“The title industry plays a crucial role in ensuring that real estate transactions are completed securely,” said Andy White, founder and CEO of Closinglock. “We are thrilled to partner with Premier One, a brand that shares our commitment to security and innovation. By bundling Closinglock technology and SMB Defender, we can provide a multi-layered, in-depth level of protection that will give real estate professionals and their clients peace of mind, knowing that their transactions are secure.”
