CloseSimple Integrates With Docusign

CloseSimple has integrated with Docusign to offer e-signing capabilities across its product suite.

Through this multi-year agreement, every e-signing completed via the CloseSimple platform will now be powered by Docusign.

“As we continue to deliver the consolidated customer experience solution our clients expect, we recognize the importance of delivering best-in-class features throughout our platform,” said Paul Stine, co-founder and CEO of CloseSimple. “In line with our best of breed approach to integrations, partnering with Docusign ensures that all e-signing functionalities—whether automated, templated signings or one-off requests—are backed by the world’s most trusted and widely accepted solution.”

Title and escrow companies, along with real estate attorneys, now can leverage CloseSimple’s platform and seamless integrations with SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare and Settlor to complete all transaction-related e-signing requests. This allows users to send e-signing requests directly from their title software, with all signed documents securely stored back in the system for easy access.
