Stewart Title Names Business Development Officer for Commercial Division

Stewart Title Guaranty Co. named Patrick Myers as business development officer for the Baltimore Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the Mid-Atlantic Commercial Division.

In this role, Myers will identify, procure and nurture new business relationships within the commercial real estate space, focusing on connecting new clients with Stewart Title. He will collaborate with commercial real estate brokers, developers, lenders, attorneys and other industry professionals to expand Stewart Title’s market presence across the Baltimore MSA.

“Patrick’s exceptional background in land acquisition, development, and financial analysis makes him a perfect fit for this role,” said Morgan C. Gilligan, vice president and manager of Stewart Title’s Mid-Atlantic Commercial Division. “His enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication to building client relationships will play a pivotal role in growing our business in the market.”

Myers most recently served as land acquisition manager for Caruso Homes, where he managed projects and developed relationships supporting residential ventures throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to that, he held various roles at Taylor Morrison and William Lyon Homes in Austin, Texas, where he advanced from land acquisition analyst to senior land acquisition analyst. Myers also brings financial services experience from Brown Advisory in Baltimore, where he served as a business analyst and institutional performance analyst.

“I’m thrilled to join Stewart Title,” Myers said. “After years of valuable experience in the real estate industry, I’m eager to leverage Stewart’s innovative tools and resources to drive success for our clients while expanding the company’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.”
