Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund Names VP and General ManagerAttorneys Title Guaranty Fund (ATGF) named Tom Waddle as vice president and general manager.

In this role, he will lead the company’s multi-state expansion, business development and operations.

“As the title industry continues to evolve, his diverse experience is exactly what ATGF and agents need to meet these new challenges,” said ATGF President Eric Morgan. “Tom’s experience as an agent will help guide ATGF’s development of technology and services to meet title agent needs and fuel growth. Tom has the expertise and vision to be a tremendous resource and value-add for our agents and the company. He embodies ATGF’s commitment to serve independent agents and attorney agents.

Waddle has more than 20 years of experience in the title and escrow industry as a title agency entrepreneur as well as holding management positions with several companies in the industry. He has handled title and escrow matters from the smallest refinance to complex commercial and developer transactions. Waddle is a member of the Board of Directors of the Land Title Association of Colorado.

“Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund is positioned in the industry for growth based on its ability to provide independent agents with underwriting support and production software,” Waddle said. “The combination of these along with very aggressive growth plans are very attractive in the title insurance market.”
