Florida Title Agents Encouraged to Consult Underwriter Deals Involving MV Realty

February 25, 2025

MV Realty recently appealed a decision by a trial court in Florida that held the brokerage company can no longer enforce its Homeowner Benefit Agreements (HBA) or collect any fees related to them. Because of the appeal, there’s concern title agents may prematurely insure over these HBA liens.
