ALTA Congratulates Latest NTP Designees

March 4, 2025

Susan Wehrle, president of Title Partners Agency LLC in St. Louis, Mo., and Lindee Deshler, underwriting counsel and vice president for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. in Chesterfield, Mo., join the list of title professionals who have earned their national title professional designation (NTP).

Wehrle has 28 years of experience in the title industry, beginning her career as a closing assistant in 1993. She has been the president of Title Partners Agency for the past five years.

She is chair of the Missouri Land Title Association (MLTA) Scholarship Committee, co-chair of MLTA’s Membership Committee and previously served on its Convention Committee. She also serves on the St. Louis Realtors Affiliate Council.

Wehrle earned her Missouri Title Professional designation in 2023 and earned ALTA’s HOP Leader Certification in 2016.

Deshler has 12 years of industry experience. She is a member of ALTA’s DI Advisory Council, Membership Committee and Native American Lands Work Group. Deshler also is a member of the Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska land title associations. She earned the Missouri Title Professional designation in 2021.

Deshler is co-chair of the Missouri Land Title Association’s Education Committee, a member of the PAC Committee, Legislative Committee; a member of Nebraska Land Title Association’s Legislative Committee; a member of Kansas Land Title Association’s Education Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Kansas City’s DEI Committee.
