  The Biden Administration released a plan aimed at lowering housing costs that includes a pilot to waive the requirement for lender’s title insurance on certain refinances. Our Values describe who we are as an industry and encapsulate our promise to our customers. The ALTA Our Values Awards recognize those individuals and teams who exemplify what it means to Lead, Deliver and Protect in our industry. Whether it’s through innovation, unwavering customer service or ensuring secure property rights, these champions deserve recognition.

Up to four awards will be given—three for individuals and one for an ALTA member office or operational team.
