PropLogix Announces VP of Emerging Markets

PropLogix promoted Jack Rebel to vice president of emerging markets.

Rebel, who previously led the company’s HOA document services business, will now focus on expanding PropLogix’s reach into new markets. In this new role, he will identify regions where PropLogix’s services can help title companies, investors, settlement providers and capital underwriters reduce expenses, increase productivity and streamline operations.

Since expanding nationwide in 2017 with land surveys and lien release tracking, PropLogix has grown its offerings to include municipal lien searches, HOA research, tax certificates and title searches. These services are now available across the U.S. and are utilized by numerous regional and national settlement companies.

“We partner with companies that are committed to enhancing their operations with the best in service and quality,” said David Daley, vice president of revenue. “We’re proud of our leadership in the due diligence space, and Jack’s new role will help us replicate that success in other markets. We’re excited to have him spearheading our efforts.”
