True Title Expands Reach in Colorado

March 11, 2025

True Title Co. is opening a new office in Buena Vista, Colo. The title company has offices throughout the St. Louis and Denver metropolitan areas.

Laura Barnthouse leads the Buena Vista office. She brings more than a decade of expertise in title and escrow services. Barnthouse will be supported by Noelle Tozier, an escrow officer who has served the central Colorado area for many years; Toni Cardenas, True Title’s lead title examiner in Colorado, and Leo Hebert, who brings a wealth of industry experience to the team.

“We are excited to launch our office in Buena Vista and join the greater Chaffee County community,” said John Duckworth, president of True Title. “Adding a quality title veteran like Laura Barnthouse allows us to grow and provide our best-in-class service to this vibrant region.”
