Compliance Remains Vital Despite Recent Regulatory Moves in D.C.

Some companies may be confused with compliance boundaries with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other agencies undergoing substantial changes in leadership and operational directives since President Trump took office. It's important to remember legal obligations remain, and that covered businesses must still obey rules that are already in effect, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).
