Westcor Names Vice President of Sales Enablement

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. promoted Bettina Arthur to vice president of sales enablement. In this new role, Arthur will support regional revenue growth and help drive sales outcomes for the company. She will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, helping ensure that growth targets are met efficiently and effectively.
“Bettina is the perfect candidate for this new role as she has been supporting the growth of our company for years using data, metrics, and training to our agency management team,” said Steve Black, executive vice president at Westcor. “This role provides additional structure and focus, allowing Bettina to better equip our teams to help achieve the aggressive growth goals we have embraced.”
Arthur has over 30 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Her expertise spans escrow, closing, mortgage lending, sales, homebuilding, human resources, general management and organizational development.
Arthur joined Westcor in 2011 and served as director of training prior to this new role. She specializes in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs while integrating instructional technology to provide both in-person and virtual education.
Before joining the company, Arthur spent a decade as director of operations for a national homebuilder, overseeing permitting, sales, construction scheduling, closing and post-closing processes.
