TitleWave Names Midwest Production Regional Vice President

April 3, 2025

TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of the FNF Family of Companies, named Danielle Cox as Midwest Production Regional Vice President. In this role, she will manage title production in 11 states, including Missouri, Kansas, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Utah, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada and Wisconsin.

“Danielle has experience in nearly every aspect of title industry operations, but where she truly shines is in the intersection between process improvement and technology,” said Leanne Zinn, president of TitleWave. “As TitleWave focuses on delivering accurate Title Search Reports to our customers through title and escrow closing software platforms, she already has her arms around our customer service goals.

Cox brings over 17 years of title industry experience (both residential and commercial) to TitleWave after various management positions at a national underwriter, among others.
