ALTA Insights: Land Banks and Insurable Title
April 24, 2025
Land banks are public entities with unique governmental powers solely focused on getting vacant and abandoned properties back to productive use according to community goals. Register for this CloseSimple-sponsored ALTA Insights webinar to learn more about land banks and the role title professionals play in facilitating the transfer of vacant, tax delinquent properties to these entities.
