ALTA Insights: Understanding ALTA’s New, Revised Endorsements

September 18, 2025

ALTA recently published several new and revised endorsements, including ALTA 49 and 49.1 that were designed to allow homeowners to add coverage offering post-policy protection against forgery of a deed or mortgage. This webinar will also discuss a new endorsement for solar equipment on residential transactions (ALTA 50) as well as revisions to the ALTA 9, 9.7, 9.10, and 36.6 endorsements to align to the 2021 ALTA Policy Form standards.
