SoftPro Named a Finalist in 2025 NC TECH Awards

SoftPro been selected as a finalist for the NC TECH Awards Culture & People in Tech category. The NC TECH Awards is North Carolina's only statewide technology awards program that recognizes innovation, growth and leadership in the tech sector.

“SoftPro is honored to be named a Culture & People in Tech finalist by NC TECH,” stated Joyce Weiland, SoftPro president. “Our exceptional employees are the driving force behind our culture, fostering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and integrity thrive. This recognition is a testament to their hard work and commitment.”

SoftPro, which has 424 employees, has served the title and settlement services industry for 41 years.

The company’s culture continues to evolve through thoughtful leadership, creative employee engagement, and a deep-rooted belief that happy, supported employees are the key to exceptional customer service and innovation.

SoftPro’s culture is further enhanced through its commitment to the community. The company encourages employee participation in fundraising events, such as charity races, by covering the entry fee for SoftPro employees and a guest. SoftPro also sponsors a variety of local philanthropies and events including the annual Ella’s Race, which raised over $50,000 to benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation this year. SoftPro employees’ contributions continue to make a difference to their local communities through the support of organizations such as Haven House Services, Shepherd’s Table Soup Kitchen and Duke Cancer Institute to name just a few.
