North Star Title Names General Manager

October 21, 2025

North Star Title Agency appointed Jana Segarra as its new general manager. With a career spanning decades in the title insurance industry, she brings a rare combination of technical expertise, leadership experience and a deep commitment to team development.

Jana’s journey in title insurance began in high school, and her passion for the field has only grown since. She has held executive roles including senior title officer, department manager and executive vice president, and is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and New York. Her career highlights include training professionals across all levels, resolving complex title issues and managing multifaceted title projects from contract due diligence through post-closing.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Jana to our leadership team,” said Peter Casey Wall of North Star Title Agency. “Her depth of experience and passion for building strong teams will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve our clients with excellence.
