TRG Appoints Agency Account Rep in Florida

October 21, 2025

Title Resources Group (TRG) has appointed Susan Mertz as agency account representative for the company’s Florida region. With 18 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, Mertz will offer market insight and strategic guidance to assist title insurance agencies in expanding their territories.

“Susan brings a combination of market knowledge and a high level of professionalism to her client service endeavors,” said Juliann Hickey, senior vice president, TRG. “Her openness to learning and her collaborative spirit will be a tremendous asset to our team and the agents she supports.”

A luxury-designated agent, team leader and Realtor, Mertz most recently worked with Keller Williams, joining the company in 2011. Prior to that, she worked as a marketing team transaction manager for Crabtree + Company from 2002-2011. Earlier in her career, she worked as a graphic designer for the National League of Cities and for National Trade Productions Inc.

“I was drawn to Title Resources Group because of their strong reputation for partnership and service,” Mertz said. “After years in real estate, I know how important a trusted title partner is to a smooth transaction. I will draw on my extensive experience in real estate and my skills in building strong client relationships to anticipate agent needs, provide guidance with confidence, and create trusted connections that support agents in delivering the best experience to their clients.”
