Idaho Attorney General Secures Consent Judgment Against MV Realty

October 30, 2025

The Idaho Attorney General’s Office has reached a consent judgment with MV Realty of Idaho LLC and its related entities over the company’s controversial Homeowner Benefit Agreements, also known as Non-Title Recorded Agreements for Personal Services. The judgment, filed in Ada County District Court in September 2025, resolves allegations that MV Realty violated state consumer protection and real estate laws through deceptive and improper business practices
