Understanding ALTA’s New Endorsements

October 30, 2025

ALTA recently published several new and revised endorsements, including ALTA 49 and 49.1 that were designed to allow homeowners to add coverage offering post-policy protection against forgery of a deed or mortgage. This webinar discusses the 49 series as well as a new endorsement for solar equipment on residential transactions (ALTA 50) and revisions to the ALTA 9, 9.7, 9.10, and 36.6 endorsements to align to the 2021 ALTA Policy Form standards.
