ALTA Congratulates Latest NTP Designees

AnnMarie Arens of Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Lisa Beville of Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., Darci Davis of Futura Title & Escrow, Paul Hofmann of Aegis Land Title Group, Jessica Kopp of Gowey Title, Travis Martin of Black Hills Title, Tina Merritt of Premier Title and Settlement of Virginia and Andrew Zankel of Core Title Services joined the list of title professionals who have earned their national title professional designation from ALTA. - AnnMarie Arens is Midwest regional sales manager for Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. She has 33 years of title industry experience. She serves on ALTA’s Education Committee, Government Affairs Committee, the State Advocacy Network and Title Action Network. She also is a member of the Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin land title associations. Arens is a past president of MLTA and services as chair of its MPT Designation Committee, and is a member of the Education and Legislative committees.
- Lisa Beville is underwriting counsel for Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. She has 32 years of experience in the title industry as an attorney and underwriting counsel. Beville has earned the Certified Title Insurance Professional, Certified Abstract Examination Professional and Certified Escrow Settlement Professional state designations. She’s on the TLTA’s Education Committee and the Texas Land Title Institute Planning Committee for the past 15 years, and has been a Task Force Member of the Basic Manual Task Force Committee for the past seven years. Although she is an underwriting attorney, her primary role for the past decade has been to write papers and teach continuing education courses for title professionals, real estate agents and attorneys.
- Darci Davis is vice president and division department manager for Futura Title & Escrow in Idaho. She has 22 years of experience in the title industry and earned the Idaho Title Professional in September 2024. She is a member of the ILTA. Davis is the second vice president on ILTA’s Board, and previously served as third and fourth vice president. She previously served on ILTA’s Good Funds Committee.
- Paul Hofmann is owner and president of AEGIS Land Title Group in Washington. He earned the Washington Title Professional in 2023. Hoffman is a member and past president of the WLTA.
- Jessica Kopp is operations manager for Gowey Title in Wisconsin. She earned the Wisconsin Land Title Professional in May 2025, and is a member of the WLTA.
- Travis Martin is the title operations manager for Black Hills Title Inc. in South Dakota. He’s been with the company for 22 years, starting as a title assistant. He is a member of ALTA’s Congressional Liaisons Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and the State Advocacy Network. Martin earned the South Dakota Title Professional in June 2025, and is a member of the SDLTA. He is president-elect for SDLTA, chair of the Legislative Committee, a previous member of the By Laws Committee, and previously served as chair of the Nominating Committee. He is a member of the State of South Dakota E-recording Commission.
- Tina Merritt is director of business development for Premier Title and Settlement of Virginia. She earned the Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent (VCTSA) this year. She is vice chair of ALTA’s Homeowner Outreach Program, and a member of the State Advocacy Network and Marketing Work Group. Merritt is a member of the VLTA and serves on its Education Committee. She is vice chair of the Education Committee for New River Valley Association of Realtors and Vice President of New River Land Trust.
- Andrew Zankel is president and managing partner of Core Title Services LLC in New York. He has 28 years of experience in the title industry. He is a board member of the NYSLTA executive committee, chair of the Technology Committee, and vice chair of the Professional Mentorship Committee. Zankel previously served as chair of the Title Tech Event Committee. He was instrumental in formulating and launching the NYSLTA Professional Mentorship Program, which resulted in a cohort of engaged title professionals inspiring the next generation of NYSLTA leaders. Zankel also is an associate chair of the Real Estate Working Group for Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.
