Property Owners Fined $4.7M for Violating OFAC Sanction in Georgia Transaction

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) fined property owners in Georgia $4.7 million for two violations of Russia sanctions and for failing to comply with a subpoena. According to an enforcement order, the property owners, acting through and on behalf of the Atlanta, Ga.-based real estate investment company King Holdings LLC, knowingly dealt in residential real property owned by a blocked individual.
