FinCEN is helping shape how the Residential Real Estate Reporting Rule will work in practice, and now you can hear directly from them!

ALTA is pleased to welcome Channing Mavrellis, Senior Regulatory Policy Project Officer at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), to the ALTA FinCEN Bootcamp. Channing works on implementing the Residential Real Estate Reporting Rule through guidance and outreach and brings deep experience from her work on the Corporate Transparency Act and other complex illicit finance issues.

The ALTA FinCEN Bootcamp delivers practical, up-to-date guidance to help title professionals prepare for real-world compliance in 2026. Across two live, virtual sessions, you’ll gain clarity on reporting requirements, workflows and early best practices emerging across the industry.
