ALTA Congratulates Latest NTP Designee

Heather Bland of Stewart Title Guaranty Co. joined the list of title professionals who have earned their national title professional designation from ALTA. Click here for a full list of NTP designees.

Heather Bland is senior vice president and chief underwriting counsel of direct operations for Stewart Title Guaranty Co. She has 23 years of industry experience. Bland is a member of the Illinois Land Title Association (ILTA) and earned the Illinois Title Professional (ITP) Designation in November 2023. She serves on ALTA’s Forms Committee and the ALTA/NSPS Land Survey Work Group. In addition, Bland serves on ILTA’s Legislative and Title Counsel committees.
