Opendoor to Acquire Doma's Escrow Operations

April 2, 2026

Arizona-based Opendoor announced plans to acquire the closing and escrow operations of Doma from Title Resource Group (TRG). Terms of the deal, which adds Doma's title automation search capabilities to Opendoor's closing and escrow platform, were not disclosed. Completion of the acquisition is subject to regulatory approval. Opendoor primarily uses Georgia-based OS National LLC, a title and escrow company it acquired in 2019, to handle closing services.
