ALTA’s Title Industry Political Action Committee Celebrates 50 Years

ALTA is celebrating 50 years of the Title Industry Political Action Committee (TIPAC)!

TIPAC gives ALTA and its members a nonpartisan voice in the political process by pooling individual contributions to make an outsized impact. TIPAC supports federal candidates that understand the value of title insurance and the work we do to protect homebuyers, lenders and the broader real estate system.

For 50 years, TIPAC has been the leading federal PAC for the title industry. We are excited to reach this remarkable milestone. Since our founding in 1976, TIPAC has contributed over $10 million (and counting) to hundreds of candidates and committees.

PACs are a legal, transparent and properly regulated form of engagement in the political process—giving individuals from industries like ours a voice in Washington.

Every dollar is reported to the Federal Election Commission. TIPAC has shown its commitment to providing the title industry a voice in the political process, and looks forward to the next 50 years of service.
