TIAC Renews as ALTA Elite Provider

The Title Industry Assurance Company (TIAC) has renewed an ALTA Elite Provider for 2026.

TIAC provides errors and omissions (E&O) insurance and surety bonds to ALTA members and plans to expand its insurance product offering with additional lines of business in the future. Originally established by ALTA in the 1980s as a risk retention group, TIAC was created to bring long-term stability to title professionals seeking E&O insurance. TIAC is exclusively focused on serving the title industry, with an E&O policy designed by title professionals for title professionals. The company’s underwriters and customer support team work closely to deliver insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

“As an organization built by the title industry, we’re honored to be named an ALTA Elite Provider,” said Nancy Gray, executive director of TIAC. “We remain focused on providing ALTA members with specialized insurance and bonding solutions that support their operations, help manage risk and keep transactions moving forward.”
