PLACE to Acquire Radian’s Title Services

August 6, 2026

Radian Group announced it entered into a definitive agreement to sell its title business to PLACE, a real estate technology and services platform. The title companies owned by Radian include Ohio-based underwriter Radian Title Insurance Inc. and Pennsylvania-based Radian Settlement Services Inc. According to ALTA's market share data, Radian Title generated $17 million in title insurance premiums in 2025.
