As vice president and regional counsel for Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. in New England, Lisa Vesperman provides underwriting counsel for residential and commercial title insurance matters throughout New England, advising title agents, conveyancing attorneys, agency representatives and internal teams on insurability, curative requirements, closing-related risks, policy coverage, endorsements and state-specific title practice.
