Arizona Files Lawsuit Against MV Realty

August 27, 2026

The lawsuit filed by Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes alleges MV Realty of Arizona LLC, related entities and several corporate officers operated a predatory scheme that offered upfront cash payments to financially vulnerable homeowners in exchange for the exclusive right to serve as their listing agent if they later sold their homes. ALTA and AARP commended the attorney general for taking legal action on behalf of Arizona homeowners and their property rights.
