MIT Report: 95% of Generative AI Pilots Fail to Deliver Measurable ROI

Despite billions of dollars pouring into generative artificial intelligence, most organizations have yet to see a measurable return on their investments, according to a 2025 report from MIT’s Project NANDA. Before investing, title companies should identify a specific operational challenge, establish how success will be measured and determine whether the technology fits the way employees actually work.
