Settlor Integrates with TitleSphere CRM

Integration gives Settlor users easy access to the title industry's most purpose-built CRM platform.
DENVER, September 17, 2026 — Settlor, an independent national provider of title and settlement services technology, has announced an integration with TitleSphere, a CRM platform designed specifically for title companies and their sales and marketing teams. The integration connects Settlor's open-API title production system to TitleSphere's production data-driven CRM, giving title professionals the ability to turn their transaction data into actionable business intelligence without leaving their production workflow.
Settlor is among a small number of title production system providers that offers a genuinely open API, meaning technology partners can build integrations without the technical and commercial friction that closed systems often impose. For TitleSphere, that openness made a meaningful difference in how quickly and smoothly the integration came together.
"Working with the Settlor team was genuinely refreshing," said Hayden Hamilton, CEO and Co-Founder of TitleSphere. "The API was well-documented and straightforward to work with, and whenever we had a question the Settlor support team was fast, direct and actually helpful. That kind of responsiveness is rarer than it should be, and it made the whole process considerably easier than we anticipated."
"TitleSphere was built by people who understand exactly what title professionals need from their technology, and so was Settlor," said Mike Patterson, Co-Founder, Applications of Settlor. "When two platforms are designed with the same user in mind, the work of connecting them tends to go well. This is a good example of what the title industry looks like when the right tools are built by the right people."
The integration allows TitleSphere to automatically ingest production data from Settlor, giving title firms the ability to generate context around their transaction activity in real time. Rather than manually exporting data or reconciling information across separate systems, Settlor users can now rely on TitleSphere to build non-directing customer call lists, track referral patterns, identify stale relationships and monitor new client activity, all drawing directly from live production data. The result may help title agencies turn information they were already capturing into a more consistent and targeted business development effort.
TitleSphere also integrates with email, calendar, market intelligence tools and automated outreach features, giving title sales representatives a connected view of their client relationships alongside their production activity. The Settlor integration extends that capability by ensuring the production data feeding those workflows is current and accurate.
