2026 Third Quarter Title Insurance Industry Market Share Executive Summary

The title insurance industry posted another strong quarter in Q2 2026, with written premiums up 15.9% year over year and net income of $322.9 million, the fifth-highest second-quarter total in industry history. Premiums increased in 48 states, marking the 11th consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth and the ninth straight quarter with gains above 10%.
