Westcor COO, Former ALTA Board Governor Announces Retirement

November 3, 2026

Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced that Scott Chandler CTIS, NTP retired at the end of October, concluding a 43-year career in the title insurance industry. Chandler, who was a former ALTA Board of Governor, served as Westcor’s chief operating officer since 2016.
