ALTA Good Deeds Foundation Welcomes Jenny Martin to Board of Directors

Washington, D.C., March 5, 2025 The American Land Title Association (ALTA) Good Deeds Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded by ALTA, the national trade association of the land title insurance industry, today announced the appointment of Jenny Martin to its Board of Directors.

Martin is senior vice president, chief business development officer and national division manager for Futura Title & Escrow in Boise, Idaho. In her role, she oversees corporate business development and marketing services for a network of more than 70 offices and five brands in addition to national division sales and operations. With a career spanning more than 30 years in the title industry, Martin has held key operational, business development and management roles, demonstrating a deep commitment to the profession and its future.

“I am honored to join the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation Board and support the organization’s mission of giving back to communities across the country,” Martin said. “The Foundation has had a profound impact, providing critical funding to nonprofits that make a real difference. I look forward to helping expand its reach and continue its important work.”

In addition to her leadership within the title industry, Martin is an active volunteer in her community, serving on the Board of Directors and Downtown Development Force for the Treasure Valley YMCA in Boise. She also holds leadership roles in several ALTA groups, including as secretary of the Abstracters and Title Insurance Agents Section Executive Committee and co-chair of the ALTA Registry Committee.

“Jenny’s passion for leadership and community service aligns perfectly with the Foundation’s mission,” said Diane Tomb, ALTA CEO and Foundation Board member. “Her expertise will help us further our efforts in supporting ALTA members’ charitable initiatives and increasing the impact of our grant program.”

Since its launch in October 2020, the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation has awarded $1,132,000 in grants to 193 local nonprofits across the United States. The next round of grants will be announced in March 2025.
